02Our story

That's how Isla Café was born.

It all started with four friends, a shared dream, and the courage to take a chance.

A

Heritage & specialty

Classic Cuban flavors alongside handcrafted specialty drinks — familiar recipes rediscovered with a fresh perspective.

B

A leap of faith

We traded comfort for uncertainty because we believed the community deserved a café that celebrates where we come from.

C

Friendship & culture

More than a coffee shop — a place built by friendship, fueled by passion, and rooted in Cuban culture.

03Local

Morning light, plants,
and the aroma of fresh roast.

Absolutely loved my experience here! The atmosphere is beautiful, the service is exceptional, and everyone makes you feel so welcome from the moment you walk in. Every detail is thoughtfully done, and the quality truly stands out. And the coffee is spectacular easily one of the best I’ve had! A perfect place to relax, enjoy great service, and leave feeling refreshed. Highly recommend! 10/100000000

I’m so happy to have a new coffee spot down south! Every single thing I’ve had from here has been delicious. The iced lattes are made perfectly and the tiramisu latte tasted just as good as it looked. So far the avocado toast and the guava and cheese pastelitos are my favorite but I’m determined to keep coming back to try everything else they have on the menu. Really cute spot with great people, I definitely recommend.
